We are so glad you are exploring ways to invest in your emotional health, please read our short bios below: Seth (he/him) I am a neurodivergent therapist who specializes in working with people who identify as or are exploring an ADHD or Autistic identity. I excel at helping clients find a sense of belonging and learn about themselves from the inside out. I will help guide you to reconnect with your inner self and build a life centered on what truly matters to you I deeply believe that the therapeutic relationship is one built on acceptance, collaboration, and safety. I use tools learned from both neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed approaches to empower my clients to trust their instincts, surround themselves with loving supports, and center their day to day life on their values. Together we will build a space that allows you to reconnect with all of the unique and beautiful aspects of who you are. Karlee (she/her) I believe in addressing all parts of a person and being able to adapt to the client’s needs. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have experience in empowering clients who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, chronic health conditions, self-love, and motivation. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ identified clients. You are in the driver’s seat of this experience; I am here to provide tools and help navigate.
